You will support our clients global sales and operations teams by managing customer inquiries and streamlining digital portal usage. This role balances administrative precision with proactive communication to ensure a seamless client experience.

Work tasks
A versatile support role focused on customer guidance, lead management, and operational task coordination within the global container logistics industry.
- Provide dedicated customer support via phone and email
- Respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries across sales, operations and logistics.
- Investigate customer issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
- Guide customers in utilizing the digital portal and mobile application
- Manage the sales inbox to ensure timely responses to global inquiries
- Assist the operations team with ad-hoc administrative and sales support tasks
We are looking for
- Previous experience in customer service or problem-solving roles
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
It is meritorious if you have
- Good knowledge of Finnish and Chinese
- Basic understanding of the logistics or transportation industry
