SAP Fiori developers, K Group

We are strengthening our in-house Fiori development capabilities within our SAP Services unit so that we can build even better solutions together with the business. We are now looking for two Fiori/ABAP Developers to join us in this work. You will develop SAP Fiori services that are part of the everyday work of thousands of people across K Group. From grocery trade to building and technical trade, your solutions support business-critical processes where reliability, usability and performance really matter.

About the role

As part of Fiori development, you will help build and enhance the Fiori services used across K Group (K Stores and Kesko). These services support thousands of users, and the solutions you deliver will have a direct effect on day-to-day business operations and success. You will work as part of a new Fiori and Development team focused on delivering development services for real business needs. You will be responsible for the technical implementation of Fiori services, from UI development to ABAP back-end work. You will also take part in development planning together with business experts and colleagues in the SAP Services unit.

You will develop solutions that are widely used and business-critical in daily operations. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the long-term development of K Groups SAP environments, including the phased transition to S/4HANA in the coming years.

What we are looking for

We are looking for developers with strong SAP development experience and solid skills in both SAP UI5 and ABAP development.

In your day-to-day work, you collaborate closely with business experts to understand how Fiori services are used in real operational processes and translate those needs into technical solutions together with the team. You take part in solution design, discuss implementation options and make technical choices that balance usability, maintainability and business impact.

You are comfortable working in an environment where requirements evolve, for example when business processes change or new use cases emerge, and you adjust your approach accordingly. You enjoy solving concrete problems and developing solutions that are actively used in daily work across K Group.

You will succeed in this role if you have

• Several years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP development - Good understanding of OData services and integrating front-end applications with SAP back-end systems - Experience working with SAP development environments in a business-critical context.

Experience that supports you in this role

• Experience with SAP BTP environment - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control tools, such as GitHub Actions - Experience with mobile use cases and Fiori client applications - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
