Internal Logistics Manager

What you will enjoy doing

• As Internal Logistics Manager you will have responsibility for internal material handling flow and for leading the team to ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement

• You will have ownership of the internallogisticsfleet (FLTs, pallet movers, yard trucks), including maintenance, contracts, optimization, costs, and user competence

• You willberesponsibleformaterial handling automation and the continuous development of systems(AGV-s)

• Further, you will haveclose collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders to coordinate material flow andstock management

• You have adatadriven approach to performance management through KPIs, root cause analysis and continuous operational improvement

• Accountability for departmental budgeting, procurement, and overall cost and resource efficiency

• Anda forwardlooking leadership role in developing material handling processes, productivity, 5S, housekeeping, and a positive, safe working environment

• You bring solid experience from production or operational leadership where safety, quality and efficiency have been key drivers

• Alsoyou have technical experience in the material flow and stock management process

• You thrive in leading people, developingcompetenceand inspiring teams to perform at their best

• You have strong analytical skills in planning, prioritizing and problem solving in a fastmoving production environment

• Also, you communicate clearly in Finnish and English, buildtrustand enjoy collaborating across functions

• And you are motivated by improving processes, drivingchangeand implementing sustainable ways of working
