MEP Director

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking experienced MEP Directors to support our clients data centre projects across several locations in Finland. This is a permanent, regional role covering multiple concurrent projects. The position is available to start as soon as possible.

You will lead the MEP delivery across multiple data centre projects within your region, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution from design through to commissioning. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring full integration with CSA works and alignment with project requirements.

You will lead and oversee technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders, providing clear leadership and oversight to ensure successful project delivery and commissioning readiness.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end MEP delivery across multiple data centre projects
• Ensure integration and coordination with CSA works and other disciplines
• Manage technical teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Oversee programme delivery, ensuring milestones, quality, and safety standards are met
• Drive commissioning planning and execution through to successful handover
• Monitor technical compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Act as a senior escalation point for MEP-related issues
• Support project planning, risk management, and technical decision-making

• Strong background in MEP delivery within data centre environments
• Excellent technical understanding of MEP systems and coordination processes
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor networks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate across multiple projects in a regional leadership capacity
• Focus on quality, safety, and delivery excellence
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
