We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team and lead a strategic Workplace Services RFP project within a large enterprise IT environment. This is a unique opportunity to drive a business-critical sourcing initiative from planning through execution, with the possibility to continue leading the implementation and transition project during the first half of 2027.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complex environments, working closely with business stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, this could be the next step in your career.
What you'll be doing
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Workplace Services RFP project from start to finish while ensuring successful project delivery according to agreed timelines, budget and governance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating the overall RFP project
- Managing project plans, schedules, budgets and reporting
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and steering group activities
- Managing communication with business stakeholders and external vendors
- Coordinating vendor questions and responses throughout the RFP process
- Supporting proposal evaluation and scoring activities
- Following up on deliverables, deadlines and project milestones
- Managing project governance, risks and change management
- Coordinating project resources and dependencies across different teams
- Ensuring project transparency through regular reporting
- Supporting project financial follow-up and value creation
- Ensuring cyber security governance and compliance throughout the project
Should the project continue into 2027, you'll also have the opportunity to lead the implementation and transition of the selected Workplace Services solution.
