About the role
In this role, you will support the indirect procurement team by ensuring that the company's daily purchasing needs are met efficiently. You will work closely as part of a five-member team of experts responsible for everything from office supplies to service contracts.

Work tasks
Managing and coordinating incoming purchase requests, including the following tasks:
- Process and handle purchase requests
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Place orders with approved suppliers according to established guidelines
- Receive and confirm deliveries in ERP
- Support internal logistics and coordinate inbound deliveries
- Assist team members across departments with day-to-day purchasing needs
We are looking for
- A relevant educational background, e.g., in Business Administration or Industrial Management
- A basic understanding of procurement processes and order management
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision
- Fluent English language skills
- A proactive approach to work
It is meritorious if you have
