Barista / Cafe All-Rounder (Kahvilatyöntekijä)

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and passionate Barista / Cafe Team Member to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be an essential part of our daily front-of-house customer service and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Espresso Bar: Preparing espresso-based drinks, serving daily items, handling point-of-sale (POS) systems, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

• Baking & Kitchen Assistance: Assisting with basic daily kitchen preparation, simple baking, and assembly of cafe items (e.g., pastries, sandwiches, prep work).

• Restocking & Cleanliness: Inventory stocking, managing display cases, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and keeping the customer space clean and organized.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Requirements: Fluency in Finnish (daily customer interactions and team operations) and Excellent English skills.

• Barista Experience: Practical experience operating commercial espresso machinery, milk steaming, and coffee craft.

• Kitchen / Hospitality Skills: Basic baking experience, willingness to work in kitchen prep, and comfort with physical cafe tasks.

• Strong team spirit, reliable work ethic, and ability to handle busy rush hours smootly.
