Backend Software Engineer, Hassean Health, Helsinki

About the role In this role, you will be focusing on backend development and are responsible for building backend systems that integrate frontier LLMs into clinical workflows under GDPR. You will also ensure that performance, scalability and security of the platform are consistently taken into account. A key part of your day-to-day work will involve collaborating closely with a distributed engineering team, participating in daily stand-ups, and actively contributing to technical discussions and decision-making. While you will have a high degree of independence in your work, you are expected to take ownership of your tasks and contribute proactively to both implementation and the evolution of the overall system architecture.
