About the Project
Our client is a global provider of innovative solutions in the e-mobility sector, supporting car manufacturers, fleet managers, and electric vehicle users. Through advanced platforms and services, the company enables seamless access to one of the largest charging networks in Europe and contributes to the transition toward sustainable mobility.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via inbound channels (voice and email). The role focuses on handling billing, account-related inquiries, and other customer service topics, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide support on billing, invoices, and payment-related inquiries
- Assist customers with account-related topics and general service requests
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams when needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in internal systems
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Follow internal processes and client guidelines to ensure service quality and compliance
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Language skills: C1 in Finnish + B2 English
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good PC skills, including MS Office package
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience in contract/account management is a plus
- Experience with billing, invoicing, or payment processes is an advantage
- Proactive mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Availability for shift work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Ability to work from the office in Gdańsk
- Ability to work full-time
