Fish Production Workers to the Åland Islands

Kalaneuvos Oy is the largest operator in Finlands fish industry and a pioneer in fish processing, fish wholesale, import and export, and aquaculture. For over 40 years, Kalaneuvos has been producing high-quality fish products with modern production methods while investing in employee well-being and a positive working environment.

We are now looking for several motivated and hardworking Fish Production Workers to join the Kalaneuvos team in the Åland Islands.

Your tasks

The work focuses especially on fish processing and fish filleting, including handling, preparing, trimming, and processing fish products in different stages of production. Duties also include vacuum packing, quality control, and other production line tasks.

The work is carried out mainly standing at the production line, and occasional lifting is required, so good physical condition is important. The production facilities are temperature-controlled, approximately +2 to +6°C.

You can be either an experienced professional or someone eager to learn the industry — comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided. Most importantly, we value motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
