Hotel Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator (Chinese speaking)

Nordic Unique Travels is one of the main travel companies located in Rovaniemi,

Finland. We specialize in tours in Lapland - in Finland, North Norway, and Sweden. At

the moment we have more than 100 tours and holiday packages in the Arctic Circle.

Lapland is a great winter destination offering unforgettable experiences. Because of its

nature, northern lights, winter activities, unique cuisine and accommodation and of

course Santa Claus, it is very popular among customers from all around the world.

We are looking for a native level Chinese speaking Hotel receptionist & Marketing

Coordinator to join our team in Aito Igloo & Spa Resort.

\- Duration of the Agreement: We are looking for potential candidates to start from

September with a seasonal contract, with the possibility of extending the contract.

\- Part-time position / Full time position

\*Requirements:

\-2+ years experience working in a hotel receptionist or guest services role.

\-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs.

\-2+ years experience in marketing executive or a similar role.

\-Solid written and verbal communication skills.

\-Fluency in English is a must and native level fluency of Chinese language is required.

\-Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.

\-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

\-Professional attitude and appearance.

\*Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

\-Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out, especially Chinese

customers

\-Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

\-Respond to all guest questions and requests by email and phone in Chinese and

English

\-Manage guest bookings and reservations.

\-Coordinate with Chinese speaking Hotel Manager in Chinese for better communication

and outcome

\- Coordinate marketing activities in social media and activation campaigns for the

hotel to generate more leads and bookings

\- Coordinate with Chinese speaking graphics designer for better communications and

prepare better marketing products in the Chinese market
