About the role
Clevry builds the platform for skills-first hiring, combining psychometrics and hiring technology to help organisations make better decisions and unlock human potential at scale. Our Platform business is growing fast, with subscription ARR up over 70% year-on-year, and we're building the investor-grade reporting infrastructure to match that growth.
Were looking for a hands-on Group Data & Analytics Lead to take our data and analytics capability into its next chapter. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you'll evolve the reporting models, data flows and analytics infrastructure that support decision-making across our international SaaS Platform business and our staffing & recruitment operations, together serving customers in over 30 countries.
You'll work directly with the CFO, CEO and Product leadership. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to stay close to technical execution and own an important group-level capability, rather than step into people management. You'll also actively explore how AI and agents can strengthen reporting, forecasting and business operations.
What you'll do
- Set the technical direction for Clevry's data and analytics architecture as the group scales.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, DAX measures and data models.
- Develop reporting data flows and API-based data extraction from core business systems, including HubSpot and Clevry's own platform.
- Own accuracy and consistency of group reporting, supporting Finance as the single source of truth.
- Build scalable reporting for core metrics: ARR, revenue, pipeline, cost, customer activity, product usage and delivery performance.
- Translate financial, commercial and operational data into clear insight and recommendations for decision-makers.
- Support the Group Controller and Finance team on FP&A: budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario analysis and long-range planning.
- Explore and implement practical applications of AI and agents in analytics, forecasting and business operations.
- Contribute to data governance, KPI definitions and reporting standards.
Why join Clevry
- A front-row seat in a scaling international company, with direct exposure to the CFO and leadership team.
- Real scale: your work will touch data from around 3 million candidate assessments a year, and growing fast.
- Group-level responsibility spanning multiple business units and legal entities in different countries, genuinely rare to find in one role.
- Real ownership of Clevry's data and analytics capability, with a mandate to build, not just maintain.
- Shape how AI and agents get used in analytics and reporting.
- Growth trajectory: you'll be evolving the reporting infrastructure Clevry needs as we enter our next phase of scale.
- Backing from internal Engineering and external consultants where it makes sense.
- Support for your own development: we'll invest in training wherever you need to build depth, whether that's Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or something else the role calls for.
What were looking for
- Strong analytical thinking: able to go from business question to model to insight, independently.
- Hands-on across the modern data and analytics toolset, including Power BI (DAX, Power Query), ETL/ELT, APIs and semantic modelling.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, agents and how they can be applied to analytics and reporting.
- Clear communicator, comfortable explaining data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable in Excel alongside Power BI for financial modelling and ad hoc analysis.
- Experience in areas such as SaaS metrics, SQL, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, product analytics or CRM data is beneficial but not required.
We value capability, ownership and curiosity over years of experience alone. You may already be an experienced data or analytics professional, or you may be ready to take the next step into a broader group-level role. What matters most is that you enjoy working close to the data and want to build a strong data and analytics capability in an international growth company.
Location
The Group Finance team is based in Helsinki. The role itself can be based in Helsinki, Brighton or London, with flexible working arrangements across these locations.
Our mission and values
We're on a mission to accelerate how the world hires, making decisions more objective, predictive and human at the same time. We look for clever rebels: people with entrepreneurial drive, a bias toward action and a desire to build something meaningful, who think independently, challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table. The only way to reach our ambitions is by attracting exceptional people, so we aim to build a purpose-driven organisation where you can grow, take ownership and make a visible impact.
- We spread joy: bring energy, optimism, and a spark to every interaction
- We are human: build trust, show empathy, and be fair. Learn from mistakes
- We are clever rebels: simplify complexity, stay curious, challenge norms, and focus on solutions.
