E&I Site Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced E&I Site Superintendent for a large-scale hydrogen project in Germany. You will lead electrical and instrumentation site activities, guide the electrical and I&C supervisors and the quality inspector, and make sure contractors deliver safely, with high quality and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead site execution of electrical and instrumentation works

• Direct and support electrical and I&C supervisors and the quality inspector

• Oversee contractors: schedule, quality, safety and change management

• Review contractor method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and documentation

• Coordinate interfaces between electrical, instrumentation, automation and other disciplines

• Supervise mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and handover

• Report to site management and the owner, and enforce site safety requirements

Requirements

• Extensive experience supervising electrical and instrumentation installations on large industrial or energy projects

• Experience leading supervisors and contractors (superintendent, site manager or equivalent role)

• Excellent command of English

• Solid understanding of electrical, instrumentation and automation work and the commissioning process

• Independent, systematic and safety-focused way of working

• Willingness to work abroad for approximately 12 months
