The company is now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to help drive quality work forward together with the organisation. This is a central role for someone who wants to combine quality assurance with development, continuous improvement and significant influence in a growing organisation.

TopFormula Healthcare AB is a leading manufacturer of vitamins and dietary supplements. The company produces its own TopFormula brand, sold through e-commerce, as well as high-quality products for other brands across several segments in the Nordic countries and parts of Europe.

The quality-certified production facility is located in Gamleby and currently employs approximately 49 people. The company has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 250 million and is in an expansion phase, with major investments in production, automation and new production flows.

The role

As Quality Manager at TopFormula Healthcare, you will have overall responsibility for the company's quality work, ensuring that products, processes and procedures meet high standards in accordance with FSSC 22000 and other relevant regulations and certifications.

The role combines operational quality assurance with the development and continuous improvement of the quality function. TopFormula Healthcare already has an established quality management system and is also facing continued development in response to new investments, increasing customer requirements and changing industry standards.

You will work closely with production, engineering, development and management, and become an important part of the company's continued growth journey. You will report to the CEO and be a member of the management team.

Key responsibilities

· Develop and maintain the quality management system

· Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 and other relevant requirements

· Develop and implement CAPA plans

· Carry out risk, hazard and supplier assessments

· Be responsible for quality-related documentation and process reviews

· Conduct training and support the organisation on quality-related matters

· Work closely with production to develop and improve quality work in day-to-day operations

· Over time, there will be an opportunity to help build and develop a larger quality team as the company continues to expand.

About you

We are looking for you with:

· Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment

· Good understanding of processes, documentation and quality requirements

· Fluent spoken and written Swedish or English

· Relevant university degree or equivalent experience within quality

· Experience from the food, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a solid foundation in quality work and a willingness to familiarise yourself with the organisation's regulations and processes.

· Experience with certifications such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP or similar standards, as well as experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement, is an advantage.
